Macromedia Contribute
Contribute, from Macromedia, is software designed to make website design easy. The designer (the MaconMacGuy, in this case) "Contribute-enables" the site. After you purchase and set up the software, editing your site is as easy as word processing. The site will be set up so that you can't permanently mess anything up - should something go awry, there is always a backup available.
The software works on both Windows and Macs, and is backed by one of the biggest and best web design software companies on the planet: Macromedia (recently purchased by Adobe).
